Vancouver vigil held to commemorate victims of Quebec City massacre

      A large crowd gathered last night at B.C.'s oldest mosque to pay respects to the victims of a terrorist attack in Quebec.

      People spilled into the streets outside Al Jamia Masjid on West 8th Avenue.

      It caused police to close the street between Ash and Heather.

      Similar memorials were held in many other Canadian cities and towns after a gunman killed six people in a mosque in Quebec City's Ste-Foy neighbourhood.
