SkyTrain out of service between Columbia and Edmonds stations

This morning, TransLink is trying to fix a mechanical problem on the Expo Line.

It's caused a "disruption" to service between Columbia Station in New Westminster and Edmonds Station in Burnaby.

The regional transportation authority has shuttle buses taking passengers between both locations.

"Shuttle buses from Columbia will pick up Westbound on Columbia at Stop number 52331, New West Station Bay 3, 22nd Street Station from Stop 58322 (shared with HandyDart) and from Edmonds Station will use Bay 5 inside the Loop," TransLink states on its website.

There's no problem with service on the Millennium and Canada lines.

Update: At 11:23 a.m., TransLink tweeted that full service has been restored to the Expo Line.
