The Vancouver Greens have lined up all their candidates for an upcoming council by-election and a school board election.

On Saturday (August 26), the civic party nominated former trustee Janet Fraser, health and wellness consultant Estrellita (Estie) Gonzalez, and educator Judy Zaichkowsky.

Fraser was among the nine trustees fired last year by then education minister Mike Bernier.

The Greens have also nominated housing and neighbourhood activist Pete Fry as their candidate for the council seat vacated by Geoff Meggs.

Vancouver voters will go to the polls on October 14.
