After helicopter crashes on Bowen Island, two people transported to hospital

      The Transportation Safety Board of Canada announced that it will send an investigation team to the crash site of the Bell 212 helicopter on Bowen Island on March 6 to gather information about what happened in this incident.

      A helicopter crashed on Bowen Island this morning (March 5).

      CBC News reported that B.C. Emergency Health Services is responding to a call around 9:51 a.m. about a helicopter down.

      Emergency service crews are reportedly transporting two patients, who are in serious but stable condition, to hospital.

      The coast guard and Bowen Island RCMP are also reportedly involved, and an air ambulance was dispatched as well.
