The catastrophic flooding in the Fraser Valley, where all the cows are, is already affecting grocery-store shelves in Metro Vancouver.

I just popped in to the Real Canadian Superstore, on the North Delta side of Scott Road, and there wasn't a speck of ground beef available.

They only had skim milk as well--not the 1% I usually go for--and that was going fast.

You may be relieved to know that there was plenty of toilet paper in stock, though.
