Based on tracking by real-estate site Zealty.ca, the 1049 Millstream Road property hit the market in 2021 asking $16,880,000, but failed to find a buyer.
After two months, the British Properties residence relisted for $14,880,000, and still couldn’t land a new owner.
On January 24, 2022, the West Vancouver real estate came back on the market for the same price, and the listing terminated on July 11.
On the same day, the “world class luxury residence” being marketed by Angell, Hasman & Associates (Malcolm Hasman) Realty Ltd. relisted for $11,880,000.
Per B.C. Assessment, the property has a 2022 valuation of $7,763,000.
The home built in 2015 is assessed at $4,460,000, which is more than the lot’s worth of $3,303,000.
The property boasts of many features, including a “private Gondola from the street entrance for guests”.
The driveway is heated.
The three-level home is also serviced by an elevator.
As well, the 0.467-acre estate offers “unobstructed city and ocean views”.
