The valuation is broken into: $3,308,000 for the land, and $15,700 for the one-bed and one-bath home.
Tracking by real-estate site Zealty.ca indicates that 4784 Highway listed on November 25, 2021 for $2,550,000, which is below assessment.
The property sold on June 20, 2022 for $2 million, and the sale was reported on July 12.
“Magical” was the word used twice by Sotheby's International Realty Canada for the “incredible semi waterfront lot”.
