      A Vancouver home listed for over $35 million tops Canada’s list of most expensive houses on the market.

      As of 9 a.m. Friday morning (August 21), the realtor.ca site contained a total of 20 homes selling at least $20 million each.

      The priciest tag goes to a piece of Vancouver real estate at 3019 Point Grey Road.

      Realtor Daniel Tan listed the waterfront home for $35,880,000.

      The 6,857-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms, five baths, and two fireplaces.

      The residence was built in 1912.

      B.C. Assessment appraised the 3019 Point Grey Road at $20,678,000. This 2020 assessment reflects the property’s value as of July 1, 2019.

      The land was valued at $19,295,000, and the house, $1,383,000.

      The previous year’s assessment for the Vancouver real estate totaled $25,253,000.
