Based on tracking by real-estate site fisherly.com, the two-bedrom and two-bath condo was listed on the market by Engel & Volkers Vancouver on August 5, 2020 for $1,268,000.
A deal happened 20 days later on August 25 for $1,060,000.
Rentals are allowed at Harbour Cove, but no pets.
