Vancouver real estate: initially offered for $6.8 million, Olympic Village luxury condo sells $5.3 million

      The listing expired.

      On March 9, 2020, the 3,029-square-foot condo entered the market again.

      This time, the listing price went down to $6,399,000.

      On August 25, a buyer picked up 102-181 Athletes Way for $5.3 million.

      The listing notes that the “luxurious” suite features “unobstructed views of downtown and False Creek”.

      The home boasts of three bedrooms, an office, and three-and-a-half baths.

      The property includes an additional 397 square feet of outdoor living space, 986 square feet of storage, and a two-car garage.
