Vancouver real estate: lowest-priced sale goes to $342,000 West End co-op home
It came not only with a great location.
Its price can’t be beat as well.
Listed at $325,000, nothing came cheaper in Vancouver than this West End apartment unit in the last two weeks.
After a day on the market, the 475-square-foot home sold $17,000 over the asking price.
This brought the final price tag for Unit 307 of Parkwood Manor to $342,000.
The deal counts as one of the 116 homes that changed hands in Vancouver from July 22 to mid-afternoon of Thursday (August 6).
Sutton Group-West Coast Realty marketed the one-bedroom property.
The co-operative-owned Parkwood Manor opened its doors in 1957.
Living at the seven-storey building means having English Bay just half a block away, and one block to Stanley Park.
Title to the property consists of shares in the co-op.
Real-estate tracking site fisherly.com recorded the transaction.
