      Based on tracking by real estate site fisherly.com, the 4360 Ross Crescent property has been sold for $9,850,000.

      Built in 1989, the West Vancouver home was valued by B.C. Assessment at $7,888,000.

      This 2020 assessment as of July 1, 2019 is broken down into $7,234,000 for land, and $654,000, house.

      The lot measures 13,498 square feet.

      According to fisherly.com tracking, Royal LePage Sussex listed the waterfront home on May 19, 2020 for $12,998,000.

      An earlier but terminated listing on February 2, 2020 offered the property for $13,388,000.

      The $9,850,000 deal happened on September 25.

      The home features five bedrooms and six baths.
