It's been a rough couple of days for Telus email users.

But relief is at hand—for most of them.

Late this afternoon, the Vancouver-based telecommunications giant announced that service has been restored to more than 90 percent of customers who rely on Telus.net.

"Technicians continue to work around the close to troubleshoot a few servers that are affecting less than 10% of customers," the company tweeted. "We are very sorry and will keep you posted.

The problem was caused by hardware issues at a Telus facility on Thursday (August 15).
