Boxfit® Babes is a cardio-boxing class (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at Griffins Boxing for new mothers and their babies (up to two years old). Boxfit® Babes is designed as a gentle but well-rounded fitness regime. The unique thing about this boxing class? The babies come to class with you!
