Toronto’s Diana Braithwaite and Chris Whiteley are coming to Vancouver as part of a winter western Canadian tour. They have travelled far and accomplished much since last here, including a brand new record, Blues Stories.

Diana is an absolutely amazing vocalist who's family first came to Canada from the States on the "freedom train" generations ago and Chris, originally from Kansas City, is an incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, slide, harmonica and cornet. Together they make beautiful music which is not only a must hear for blues lovers but all who enjoy good tunes.

This musical couple will be backed up by some venerable west-coast musicians. They include: Dave Webb on piano, Keith Picot on acoustic bass (recent recipient of the Maple Blues Award for best Canadian bass player), and Sandy ‘Bone’ Smith on drums.
