Burnaby Arts Council first Summer Arts Festival - A community celebration of the Arts will be held on Saturday August 15th, 2015 at the Deer Lake Gallery, 6584 Deer Lake Avenue from 11 am – 5 pm. The Arts Festival features outdoor sculpture works by local artists, the presentation of 3 live music groups, local artisan vendors, Burnaby Summer Theatre performing their hit play Tavey the Barefoot Knight, and a public interactive art workshop for children. All performances, children open workshops and market events are FREE to the public.
