The 6th Chapter of Comedy Jokes is no slouch. I am stoked to see such a stacked line up. Not only do we have a selection of great comics but, we also have super funny improv group, Banana Jam! And we are honoured to have the super funny Ryan Lachance headline our show.

Calling all of Western Canada home, Lachance was born in Manitoba, raised in Alberta and moved to Vancouver when he was fifteen. His first show age twenty in a club in the Plaza of Nations and he's been entertaining audiences for over a decade. Lachance has quadspastic cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. He draws comedic inspiration from stories about growing up with disability and the unique perspective on the world that it gives him.

His peers deemed him “The People's Comic” due to the regularity Lachance has performed while sitting in the audience. This dynamic strengthed his conversational style and easy rapport with people. A career highlights so far for Lachance was being honoured to perform for Billy Connelly, one of his favourite comedians. Ryan Lachance is both honest and hilarious.
