Hot Club Swing is back for another swinging season, starting Saturday, September 17th!

The Fourth Avenue Five, the latest collaboration of local guitar legends and bandleaders Josh Roberts & Don Ogilvie, will be there to kickstart our 2016/2017 season at 9pm, and will play until just shy of midnight!

As always, we will have a total beginner drop-in swing dance lesson from 8:00-8:45 pm--no partner, and no previous dance experience necessary. The Vancouver Swing Society firmly believes that any and everybody can learn to lead, and anybody can learn to follow, regardless of age, gender expression, (dis)ability, or any other aspect of identity. All we ask is that you stick with one role (follow/lead) during the lesson for ease of teaching; once the lesson is over, feel free to dance whichever role(s) you feel like!

Admission: $15/pp at the door for Lesson + Dance

Discounts: $12/pp for groups of 10+ people who send their guest list to kaitlin@vanswingsociety.ca by 6pm on the 17th. Groups must arrive together to the lesson to be eligible for the discount.
