The Polar Plunge will see athletes, families, students, law enforcement members, businesses, and celebrities jumping into the frigid waters of the Pacific Ocean at Kitsilano Beach in Vancouver on Saturday March 4th. Plungers will be #FreezinForAReason – fundraising to bring quality sport training and competition to more than 4,600 individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout British Columbia.

Register as an individual or start a team with family, friends, and colleagues and prepare to get Bold and Cold to support a good cause! Participants will receive some great prizes, and everyone will enjoy the fun activities in this festival-like atmosphere!
