Come to the Bill Reid Gallery on March 18th from 1-4pm for our Cedar Bark Bracelet Workshop.

Learn to weave cedar bark bracelets with professional artist, Todd Giihlgiigaa DeVries. Stories and cultural values will be shared throughout the workshop, and participants will also learn about basic weaving terminology and techniques, such as weft and warp, and the checkerboard twill. This workshop is open to all ages and experience levels. Our workshop fee is $25 and includes full instruction with Todd, weaving materials, cultural teachings, and admission to the Gallery. Everyone who signs up comes away from the workshop with a beautiful woven cedar bark bracelet!
