Shop West 4th Avenue after-hours at Fashion's First Night

Not that many people need an excuse to shop and pamper themselves, but if you're looking for one, the West 4th Business Improvement Association will be hosting an event called Fashion's First Night on Wednesday (September 21) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Similar to other "after-hours" shopping events, Fashion's First Night will provide shoppers with discounts at nearly 40 participating retailer stores running along West 4th Avenue between Burrard and Balsam Streets, including Nicole Bridger (2151 West 4th), Coco's Closet (2190 West 4th), American Apparel (2242 West 4th), The Australian Boot Company (1968 West 4th), and The North Face (2136 West 4th). Some stores will also be offering drinks, snacks, gift bags with purchase, and live music.

When you're all shopped out, check out some of the participating salons and spas in the area, including the newly opened Bombay Brow Bar (2206 West 4th) and J Spa (1937 West 4th), for pampering at a discount.
