      Having fun with politicians' photos ain't just for elections anymore. Welcome to the latest edition of Caption the Political Photo.

      This picture from the Prime Minister's Office shows Stephen Harper giving a speech to the one percent gathered at the CEO Summit of the Americas in Cartagena, Colombia, on April 14. We haven't bothered to find a copy of the PM's remarks, but they probably had something to do with making Canada the next Saudi Arabia—oil spills be damned.
