The Georgia Straight presents Ben Howard at the Orpheum

Live Nation has just announced that British folk singer-songwriter Ben Howard will perform an all-ages show--with guest Tom Curren--at the Orpheum Theatre on Wednesday, April 17.

2012 was a big year for Howard, seeing him appear at festivals worldwide--including shows at Sasquatch! Music Festival, SXSW, Austin City Limits, and Bonnaroo--and continue to bask in the success of his debut album, Every Kingdom, now certified Platinum in the U.K.

Howard’s The Burgh Island E.P. is out now.

Tickets for the show are priced at $25 and $34.50 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (January 18) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.
