      On May 7, 7:30 pm, In the Abbey Garden takes place at Ryerson United Church (2195 West 45th).

      Local vocal ensemble Elektra Women's Choir will be performing pieces from the choral repertoire of Rachmaninoff, Brahms, Rheinberger, and Holst.

      The event will also see Borealis String Quartet perform modern works by Vivancos, Ešenvalds, and Yagüe, as well as work by Dvorâk.

      Pianist Stephen Smith and Elektra Women's Choir will also perform Rachmaninoff’s Six Choruses, Opus 15.

      Tickets for In the Abbey Garden start at $15 and are available online.
