The VanDolls had so much fun turning video games like Super Mario Bros., Tetris, and Fallout 3 into burlesque numbers on stage that they've decided to do it again.

On February 10, the Vancouver burlesque troupe put on Video Game Burlesque at the Royal Canadian Legion. Their biggest event yet sold out a week advance and was reportedly an unqualified success.

Now, the VanDolls are planning a second edition of Video Game Burlesque, this time at the Red Room Ultra Bar (398 Richards Street) on March 31. Once again, the show will feature dancers such as Rufflesilkskin and Malvina MasVino performing numbers based on games like Dance Dance Revolution and Portal 2.

Tickets start at $15, and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.
