This 120,000 sq. ft. trade and exhibition centre hosts a variety of annual events, including the Fraser Valley Spring Home Show, the Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers Show, the West Coast Women's Show, and the Pet Expo. Facilities include a food court and three meeting rooms. Main exhibition space can fit up to 600 booths.
