The Demolisher (Canada)  

Any film seemingly inspired by the poster art for 1980 grindhouse sickie The Exterminator and not much else gets my support, but muddled storytelling is just one of the reasons this generally undercooked vigilante flick ends up flat.

It’s properly nasty, mind you, and the tasteless girlfriend-in-a-wheelchair bit prompts a knee-slap or two.
