Before 9 a.m. on October 16, three men and a woman entered the Stressed and Depressed cannabis shop at 1353 East 41st Avenue armed with guns. They robbed the store of cash and products and assaulted one staff member.

On October 22, police arrested the three men in Surrey and Delta believed to have committed the robbery.

The three men arrested are 28-year-old Darnel Matsui from Medicine Hat, Alberta; 26-year-old Hosea Smith from Calgary, Alberta; and 20-year-old Cory Robert Ulmer Brown from Surrey, B.C.

The individuals are facing a number of charges ranging from robbery with violence (firearm) to uttering threats and assault.

However, the woman involved in the robbery has not been located yet. Police have released an image of her from security footage.
