Pop culture: Canada Dry releases green tea ginger ale drink

Loyal readers will know that I've been monitoring the development of green tea drinks on store shelves. I previously wrote about Life Pear White Tea, Lipton White Tea with Raspberry, and Brisk Green Apple.

But I wouldn't have anticipated this new drink.

Canada Dry has launched Green Tea Ginger Ale (591 mL).

I wasn't quite sure what to expect but it turns out to be exactly as described. It features a gently pleasing green tea taste mixed with carbonated ginger ale. It adds a more complex flavour to regular ginger ale.
