North Vancouver's Lauren Woolstencroft wins third gold medal of Paralympics

      North Vancouver’s Lauren Woolstencroft has struck gold for the third time at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games.

      Today (March 18), the 28-year-old alpine skier took first place in the women’s standing downhill.

      Woolstencroft has already won gold medals in standing giant slalom and standing slalom.

      Edmonton’s Viviane Forest also earned a gold medal today at Whistler Creekside.

      Forest got hers in the women’s visually impaired downhill.
