Johnny Depp visits B.C. Children’s Hospital as Captain Jack Sparrow

Actor Johnny Depp brought cheer to a lot of kids when he dropped in at the B.C. Children’s Hospital.

Dressed as his swashbuckling pirate character Captain Jack Sparrow of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Depp visited the hospital Monday (August 14).

The B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation said on Twitter that it was an “incredible day” for patients and their families.

Depp is in Vancouver to star in Richards Says Goodbye, a film about an academic who receives a life-changing health diagnosis.
