Easy, sautéed greens solve dinnertime dilemmas

If you’re anything like me, cooking is the last thing on your mind after enduring a long and sticky summertime commute, despite how ravenous you might be. Thank you very much, TransLink. Yes, you know what this is about. And if you don’t know, I’m not going to tell you.

Anyhow, this easy-to-make dish from Allrecipes.com satisfies the need for a quick, nutritious vegetable side and goes great with a grilled main of your choice, especially steak or Portobello mushrooms. It takes 15 minutes (including prep and cook time), has a grand total of two steps, is pretty much impossible to mess up, and even involves a little bit of anger therapy. It's pretty darn tasty, too.

By the way, apologies for not having a picture of the dish. Delicious though sautéed kale may be, picturesque it is not.
