my childhood photos lasted until i was 55, when my wife asked for them, then threw them out.
how long do digital phone images last now?
2 years, then the phone dies and everything is gone.
Blade Runner had it backwards, the truth is those in power don't want us to have any memories.

If your pictures are disappearing along with your phone, you're doing it wrong. Indeed, there are ways to ensure those photos will last "forever", and many of those options are free.

Huh? Transfer the digital image to another computer, or have the digital image printed out like an old photo.

You transfer your photos from your old phone to the new one. I have 10 years of photos on my phone.
