For the past seven months fans of The Walking Dead have been hanging by a thread.

Kind of like the various arms, legs, eyeballs, and heads of the undead in the greatest show to ever air on television.

First, a warning: if you are in the process of catching up on The Walking Dead on Netflix, get off the computer and plunk your ass back down in front of your laptop, tablet, or television. You've got some watching to do.

      Now, here comes a spoiler.

We've been waiting since April for an answer to the question of who Negan has decided to turn into a human pinata. The last we saw, he had a barbed-wire-wrapped baseball bat named Lucille in his hands, with Rick, Glen, Maggie, Carl, and the rest of the gang on their knees.

It was made clear that he was going to swing for the fences using one of their craniums.

A lot of course has happened since the walking dead first took over the earth in season one. If you're the kind of person who hates being left out of the water-cooler conversation on Monday, but doesn't have the time to catch up on The Walking Dead before Sunday's season seven opener, there's good news.

Watch below as John Cleese boils everything you need to know about The Walking Dead into four blood-and-gore-packed minutes.

Everything, that is, except for the answer to the question of who is going to die. All we can say is "Please, sweet baby Jesus, don't let it be Maggie."
