Special Valentine's Night Show!

Named in CBC’s 2017 list of 35 best Canadian Jazz Musicians under the age of 35, vocalist Maya Rae teams up with the John Lee Trio for this special Valentine’s show. The world of jazz has been blessed with young prodigies, Maya Rae is faithfully continuing the tradition of young, prodigious voices taking their incredible talents to the jazz art form, and at only 15 years old she has an incredibly bright future ahead.

John Lee is best known for his deep rooted swing with a modern edge, Lee channels both vigorous energy and delicate emotion to any audience with his musical charisma and pure virtuosity. The twenty-three year old multi-instrumentalist has quickly become an on call sideman for many award-winning artists and has already performed with the likes of George Colligan, Brad Turner, Ingrid Jensen, and Cyrus Chestnut.
