“laro na tayo – let's play” is a performance that invites participation. Commissioned by the City of Vancouver Public Art Program, the project is a series of 8 performance events that introduces “sipa”, a precolonial game played in the Philippines and explores the Filipino-Canadian experience of migration and post-colonialism.
