The Three Stages of Environmentalism
Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, 6265 Crescent Rd., UBC, Vancouver On October 21st @ 7:30 pm, check out UBC’s Environmental Sciences Students’ Association’s keystone event of the fall term: The 3 Stages of Environmentalism. The event is a production of sorts that features stories from three generations of environmentalists. Speakers include award-winning writer and naturalist, Briony Penn, and executive director of the Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs, Grand Chief Stewart Phillip. Altogether a fantastic collection of stories that demonstrates environmentalism as the responsibility of all generations alike.
The venue is UBC’s Chan Centre for Performing Arts, we hope to see you there!
