The PuSh International Performing Arts Festival is unveiling its interdisciplinary lineup for 2016 at an event on November 9 at the Fox Cabaret—the venue that will host Club PuSh.

The event will mark the start of celebrations leading up to the 12th annual fest, which takes place January 19 to February 7, 2016 at venues across Vancouver.

The evening will be hosted by local funnyman Charlie Demers, who will make his theatrical debut in the upcoming fest, and features performances by Vancouver punk-klezmer musician Geoff Berner; Theatre Replacement with an excerpt of Town Criers; and songstress Veda Hille with new tunes from her upcoming release.

As host to Club PuSh during PuSh, the Fox will provide the cabaret-style surroundings for drinks as well as smaller-scale and experimental shows.

Tickets for the launch show are on sale now at pushfestival.ca/.
