I worked at Beatty & Robson during the last Grey Cup in Vancouver, and I was most impressed by the party atmosphere when they closed down a block or two of Beatty for it.

Street food and all kinds of people dressed in their team colours, it was great.

So have at it football fans -- enjoy yourselves and the game.

i couldnt give two shits about football or most sports but i say let those that enjoy this stuff have their fun cuz its a friggin boring city, esp in late fall and winter months here.

Does anyone really care? I don't. Confessions like this suck.

Because I love to see the spirit and energy of the people at the games loving it, having fun.
