Unlovable

35 years on this planet and i've never met a guy who has treated me well. I have never been in love, and don't even have any good memories. if I do, i cant remember them. No shortage of rapists, men who have verbally abused and hit me, cheated, etc. I know valentine's day is just another day, but this week makes me so depressed. When people tell me "just be positive!" it seems like a joke at this point. My mind still wants to believe there are good people out there but it is getting harder and harder.

You must read a book called Life Loves You - 7 Spiritual Practices to Heal Your Life.

Valentines Day is my fave of the year. As a guy I can go out and enjoy all of the obviously unhappy young women everywhere. It might be the best day of the year to chat up a girl.

If I was a sadist I'd carry flowers, lol.

It's hard to trust when you've had those experiences. I've had similar. Just take the time to focus on yourself, and doing things that bring you joy. I encourage you to talk to a professional to help you heal so when you are ready in the future, you can avoid the bad ones, and better recognize their intentions vs others. This week has been hard for me as well. Good luck.

Valentine's Day should be about love in general, not just romantic love. Spend time with a friend or family member, enjoy their company. Buy yourself chocolate and eat it, just make sure that most importantly you try to love yourself.

The poor Future has no chance whatsoever. You seem really negative (and we've all been there) and i get it, you haven't found a great partner. But if you're giving up, then just give up. Otherwise give the future a chance ya know? Never give up! hope the best for ya!
