I’m having a hard time understanding why the shoes that other people choose to wear are of any interest to you. Also, what makes you think that you know where they’re wearing them when you don’t see them? Should they be checking with you before they get dressed each day or what? This is just a really bizarre post.

Blundstones and DR Martens are so overpriced and poorly made, you can watch a video of a person cutting them in half, on YouTube, but it won't stop people buying them, because everybody else is buying them. Most people will do what's expected of them and buy what everybody else is buying.

Tell you what next time you see a person with shoes you don't approve of why don't you walk over and give them $100 bucks.
Then you might feel better to have helped rid the world of such a horrible problem.

I have no idea what lazy hiking shoes are…

I'm hiking a few years ago on a spring day on Seymour Mountain and along the trail on top of the remaining snow comes a girl in flimsy fashion sneakers stepping very carefully, like she didn't want to mess up her shoes. I told her she was wearing the wrong shoes. She looked down at her shoes and said "I am wearing the wrong shoes". I guess she got the message.

There's nothing wrong with hiking shoes.....in fact for comfort I wear them when I go clubbing at the Granville Street nightclubs.....In fact I use to wear them when I went to Drai's at the old Trump Hotel....they were even okay with me wearing them with my cargo shorts....they didn't judge....which is more than I can say about you Officer Fashionista of the Vancouver Fashion Police Department.

This is a seemingly ridiculous topic but actually surprisingly relevant for current times.
I'd choose docs, usually. Sometimes I cringe putting on blundstones due to weather conditions but at least they are black.
