Is Marc Emery planning a new decriminalization drive?

Plans may be afoot to launch a new initiative drive to decriminalize marijuana in B.C., perhaps next year. With Prince of Pot Marc Emery due back in Canada around August 2014 after serving prison time in the U.S., this next one may fly high. “We’d already planned on travelling throughout British Columbia to meet all of our supporters when he gets home, so it would be a perfect tie-in to do the campaign,” Emery’s wife, Jodie Emery, told the Straight in a phone interview.

According to Ms. Emery, her husband will work with Dana Larsen, proponent of the ongoing initiative campaign. Larsen told the Straight in a phone interview that organizers have met the requirement of collecting the signatures of 10 percent of registered voters in “about a dozen” of B.C.’s 85 electoral districts. Signature sheets have to be returned to Elections B.C. on December 9.

We want our marijuana freedom just like everybody else who wants it and we want it now.
I just read a story yesterday that finally challenges what the media prints on behalf of law enforcement regarding marijuana propaganda and it is about time. I've been writing for a decade and asking them why they print what amounts to lies when they won't offer this service to anyone else.
I sincerely hope Marc is planning to launch many campaigns to capitalize on the tipping point of time.
