Meet Ingrid. She is an septuagenarian, a former fashion designer, German-born but now living alone in Oklahoma. She makes her own clothes. She built her own home with rocks she collects, even makes her own cement. She grows her own food (and butchers it too). She is almost entirely self-sufficient. This is her story.
