THE BEST SHOW I EVER SAW WAS: "Soundwave, a three-day party in Ucluelet. The people I roll with, they run it so I'm there from Wednesday to Wednesday. There's a real sense of belonging, a sense of family there. My other favourite show was seeing Metallica open for Guns N' Roses at the CNE Gardens in '93. Metallica just blew my mind."

I WISH PEOPLE WOULD SHUT UP ABOUT: "Racism. There's a real negative energy to it when we're talking about it all the time. We already know it exists, so we should instead put more positive energy towards what we achieve."

THE LAST CONCERT T-SHIRT I BOUGHT WAS: "It was a Tragically Hip, Another Roadside Attraction shirt at the Market Fairgrounds in Toronto. Yup, I like my rock 'n' roll."

IN THE MOVIE OF MY LIFE, I'D BE PLAYED BY: "Bruce Lee. He's all about energy transfer and I'm all about the energy."
