The Richmond paparazzo allegedly involved in the hit-and-run incident with Ryan Reynolds is facing three charges.

The 52-year-old Richard William Fedyck, a photographer from Richmond, allegedly harassed Vancouver-born movie star Reynolds, who was in town to shoot Deadpool, between February 28 and April 11.

Reynolds claimed that on April 10, the two got into a confrontation in the parking lot of the Shangri-La Hotel in downtown Vancouver that ended with Fedyck hitting Reynolds with his car as he left the lot.

Reynolds sustained minor injuries and was back on set filming the next day.

Fedyck, who was arrested on April 12, has been charged with criminal harassment, assault with a weapon (his motor vehicle), and operating a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner. None of the charges have been proven in court.

He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on Tuesday (April 28).

Fedyck has a history of incidents with celebrities, including Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson, Jennifer Aniston, and Kellan Lutz.

Meanwhile, Reynolds shared a picture of himself on Twitter, noting that the production is halfway through shooting.
