was to put me in a relationship with who i thought was the woman of my dreams, and then have beautiful women everywhere suddenly treating me like I could be a good match.

You missed the part where the woman of your dreams isn't that anymore. Or is it that you have options now and you were kidding yourself? Me? I know EXACTLY who the woman of my dreams is. And If I was with her, which sadly I am not, I wouldn't give a rat's ass if Kate Upton and Scarlet Johansson wanted to tag-team me while Blake Lively filmed it and then decided to join in. You? You sound like you were fooling yourself.

Women don't usually hit on single guys, where's the fun in that? None of them are really interested in you, of course. It's an ego boost if they can get attention from a guy who already has a hot girlfriend. If you were single they probably wouldn't even acknowledge you.

Clearly you're not with the woman of your dreams if you are regretting not having a chance with other women now. It's natural to find other women attractive, but once you think you can do better than what you already have, your relationship is done. Do her a favor (and you) and leave.

Agrees with the first comment...
pheromones and the "challenge".
However don't underestimate the secret loathing and jealousy that many woman have towards other woman; some of them are probably hitting on this guy simply to spite the girlfriend.

I actually go out after some great sex and watch the men swarm and they have no idea why. A body in motion, can stay in motion...if ya know what I mean. (Not saying that I am, but I certainly enjoy knowing I can.)

P.S. a dream is a dream...
reality is work and bad smells and hurts and has loss and is amazing orgasms and coffee in bed while planing shared adventures and the smell of the back of their neck while they are sleeping....
