Gawd, do you vegans have to cause trouble wherever you go?

Seriously though, maybe I am feeble but I am not quite sure where your confession was going. Restaurant staff are stupid? We have lost our face to face communication skills through the addiction to tweeting and FaceBooking? We assume too much?

Anyway, maybe if your brain was not so protein starved you could write a more articulate piece.

I feel your pain. It's so frustrating when I try to explain my food requirements to the server who's often woefully ignorant and insensitive. There used to be a cafe in dtes that had an amazing artisanal lemon ginger vapor drink - heavenly. To the untrained eye, it appeared to be an empty glass, but the essence was very filling. Locally sourced and cruelty free. Anyway, the place is closed now.

Are all Vegan's the same?

I tried dating a Vegan and she was just as condescending as you. Thinking the world revolved around her because of her superior eating habits.

As you can see by the likes.. no one really cares - oh and learn to how to write and spell

Well, you sound like a grade-A prick. Way to give it to a server who's just trying to help you find something to eat. And if you can't tell immediately what's vegan and what's not on the menu, perhaps you should save your all-knowing smart-ass comments for your imaginary moments of poor-service heroism.

Nobody cares if you're a vegan or vegetarian. Nobody.

Maybe you could explain to them

Since not everyone is vegan etc. I think you could kindly explain what you want. Doesn't seem to be that difficult, unless you want to make it difficult.

Why is it the server's job to find something for you to eat? You chose to go to that restaurant. My vegan friend comes to non-vegan places all the time and she looks at the menu, figures out some workable options and places her order without being a d!$^. A lot of vegetarian items can easily be adapted to vegan simply by leaving off the cheese.
