Spinach

I eat 5 lbs of raw spinach a week. No salad dressing. No nothing. I just go into my bag every morning grab a handful and shove it into my mouth. Then another. And then another. And I chew.. I come home and I do it again. Picture a brontosaurus up in the trees with leaves sticking out of his mouth while he's eating - That's me. I don't remember exactly how this started. It was roughly 6 months ago. I remember it used to taste kinda weird (also boring) and I could only handle a handful or two - and it took time to eat. It was a chore. But now... man you can just taste the nutrients and minerals. You can feel the healthiness in your gums teeth. I love raw spinach. I now open the fridge without thought and start shovelling handfulls into my mouth Nom Nom Nom Now. I am a 28-year-old male who eats 5 lbs of raw spinach a week. O and a tip. If you are hungover.. Pound some water and some spinach.. you will feel back up to at least 85% in an hour.

Do you wash the leaves? That all sounds like a lot of work.
