Vancouver ice cream shop Soft Peaks whips up milk shakes

It’s quite settled that a fine milk shake starts with good ice cream.

For brothers Dan and Ken Kim, owners of Soft Peaks Ice Cream at 25 Alexander Street in Vancouver’s Gastown, finding the perfect base for their new line of milk shakes was easy.

Soft Peaks serves soft serve ice cream made daily from scratch using Avalon organic milk. When the brothers finally came around to doing milk shakes, their soft serve ice cream was the natural choice for the foundation of the sippers.

Soft Peaks’ milk shakes come in six mixes: Original, Chocolate, Caramel Latte, Vanilla, Coffee, and Matcha.

Except for the Original, which will be available year-round, the flavours will be offered on a monthly rotation.
