Vancouver artist Jin-me Yoon a finalist for the Grange Prize

      There are five days left for the public to vote for their favourite Grange Prize finalist. The award, launched by the Art Gallery of Ontario, recognizes contemporary photography in Canada and a different country each year, with the final winner selection made via online voting.

      This year, Vancouver-based artist Jin-me Yoon is one of four finalists for the $50,000 award, along with Montreal resident Lynne Cohen, and Mexican photographers Marco Antonio Cruz and Federico Gama.

      as always with this "self" art, why do artists assume that people want photographs of the artist on their walls ... and some photographers, while Jin is ok, are ugly ...
